Become a Coach
As a coach, your mission above all, is to:
Maintain your focus on why we are involved in this organization, the kids.Every child has different skill sets: practice patience.
Keep a positive attitude regardless of practice/game outcomes.
Make sure every child gets 20 minutes of playing time a game.
Coach Duties:
Determine practice location/time/dateCommunicate league news to parents and players
Keep all flag belts after practices and games
Report to concession tent when arriving on gamedays
